Sumatra Mendhelling: Sumatra is an Indonesian island producing coffees unlike any other, offering very earthy and naturally dark flavors. The volcanic soil that the cherry trees are grown in gives this coffee a slight saltiness when first brewed. Despite its bold notes, this makes a fairly light-bodied cup.
Notes: Cedar, tobacco, green tea, baking spice.
250g

Tanzania Peaberry: Bright and floral this uniique Peaberry starts smooth, developing gentle astringency as it cools. Its light roast and lively acidity shine in pour-overs and immersion brews.
Notes: Hibiscus, blackberry, honey.

Colombia DECAF: These Colombian beans are selected from various areas in the country, then the un-roasted coffee beans are soaked in water to allow the beans to expand prior to the caffeine extraction process. After the water soak these beans are put into a solution that is concentrated with coffee solubles. This solution then extracts the caffeine from the beans without harming or interrupting any of the flavour of the bean of itself. An ideal bean for the late night coffee drinker who wants to fall asleep at a reasonable hour but doesn't want to compromise on coffee quality.
