Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar: RICH. DENSE. COMPLEX. Our finest grade of aged balsamic condimento from Modena is produced in the traditional style. It is aged using the solera method for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry, and ash barrels. With a 4% acidity, this aged balsamic is exceedingly rich, complex, and dense. Pairs well with the Tuscan Herb Olive Oil.
Mission Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar: THICK. RIPE. SWEET. Thick, ripe, sweet, and bursting with fig flavour! Drizzle on slices of cantaloupe wrapped in prosciutto for a mouth-watering appetizer! Pairs well with any of our olive oils, but it is particularly good with the Garlic Olive Oil.

Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar: SWEET. TART. VERSATILE. Playfully tart and pleasantly sweet, our Sicilian Lemon white balsamic has a perfectly balanced acidity and a crisp, lemon flavour and aroma. Fabulous with seafood, in dressings or in mixed drinks. Delicious pairings can be made by mixing this vinegar with the Tuscan Herb Olive Oil.
Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar: This white balsamic is clean, crisp, tart, and boasts a lovely deep, rose blush. It has an amazingly fruity, complex bouquet that shines in a multitude of culinary applications. Use to dress fruit or vegetable salads, as a marinade, as a glaze for poultry, with gelatin for a delicious fruit aspic, or even in a mixed drink!
