    Ethiopia - Chelbesa One | Washed | 340g | This washed lot is produced at the Chelbesa One Washing Station in the Gedeb Zone, Ethiopia (Chelbesa is the “kebele”), and managed by SNAP Specialty Coffee. SNAP focuses its operation on three fundamental pillars – Consistency, Education, and Sustainability. It is within their purpose to improve the livelihood of supporting farmers, and last year their team of agronomists trained more than 6,000 farmers in land and nursery management, and climate-smart agriculture through crop diversification and intercropping.

    Brazil - Daterra Full Bloom | Natural | 340g | Daterra farms are located in a lovely steady climate, dry, fresh winters, and warm-wet summers...  perfect conditions for growing amazing coffee. Their farms in the city of Patrocínio are the oldest coffee plantations in Brazilian Cerrado region, and it is among the best coffee producing areas in the country.

From a small team of 3, we are now a team of 12, each with different experiences and role in the coffee supply chains, forming an extraordinary team that excel in roasting and sourcing, and providing the best customer service and cafe experience. We focus on ethical sourcing of coffee and do as much direct trade as we possibly could.
