  • Colombia - Buesaco | Washed: This lot comes from Buesaco, located at 1950 m.a.s.l in the department of Nariño. This region is characterized by its mountainous topography and its cold climate is perfect for slow cherry maturation that leads to a sweeter and more complex cup. Coffees from Buesaco are harvested from May to August. This is the best time because this region doesn't experience heavy rains as in other parts of the country making the processing much easier. Cofinet works with farmers through their partners at cooperatives such as Alianza Café and Terra. This delicious regional blend is produced by a collection of smallholders.
Notes of: Apple, Cranberry, Caramel & Florals.
