At SYC Brewing we have made every single beer on the same belief; that a beer should be more than just a combination of ingredients.
Above all, a beer should be absolutely tasteful, familiar, and magical to drink. Our creations use fundamental basic honed through millennial, using just the same four ingredients. However, we have adjusted and fine-tuned our ratios to create something of our own unique experience.
We aspire to create a unique profile in every beer we make.

Invierno | Imperial Stout. A rich and malty full bodied stout made with frigid Canadian winters in mind. 9.0%
Hygge | Amber Ale. Toasted toffee malts mingle with citrus, fruit and pine. Best enjoyed with a cozy blanket, warm socks, and good company around a fire. 5.0%
Check In | Session Ale. Check-in is our new brew, a light, easy-drinking session ale – low in bitterness but still quite hoppy. Dry hopped with Galaxy and Citra, with notes of citrus and stone fruit. 4.5%
Mad Chillin | Hazy Pale Ale 5.5% alc./vol A crushable hazy pale ale, light in body with notes of passionfruit and pineapple. YUM.
Peachy Keen | Sour New England IPA (NEIPA) 6.0% alc./vol Peachy Keen is aromatic and refreshing, this brightly coloured brew is a real juicy number. A hazy NEIPA with big peach and citrus flavour thanks to the mix of Galaxy and El Dorado Hops.
Purple City | Triple IPA. This amped-up IPA has triple the dry hop and triple the flavour. Loaded with a dazzling array of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops, expect radiant flavours of bright citrus, grapefruit, pine, and even hints of stone fruit shining through. 10%
Lit | Radler Tangerine and lemon notes make this radler a refreshing and light brew to enjoy on a sunny afternoon. 2.3% alc./vol
Clock Out | Lager. Light and crisp lager – ultra crushable beer. 4.4%
First Timer | IPA. Brewed with a focus on the flavour and aroma of Mosaic, Columbus and Centennial hops with bitterness to balance. Our IPA is a blend of fruity and dank hops. 100% Alberta malt. 6.0%
Fjord | NEIPA. Norwegian farmhouse culture and a generous usage of fruity new world hops, tropical fruit and orange abounds in this hazy beauty. It includes a truckload of hops, Mosaic, Bru-1 and Vic Secret. 6.0%
Salud! | Tropical Wheat Ale. Salud to a new hop variety, Sabro! The ﬂavour and aroma of freshly blended piña colada and orange slices are complemented by the subtle tartness of a wheat ale. 4.3%
Pineapple F.O.M.O | Sour. A tart kettle sour with an abundance of citrus and tropical fruit flavour. 5.2%
Lunar Phase | Farmhouse Pale Ale. Pairing fruity and spicy franco-belgian yeast with fruity, piney new world hops this beer is a nod to the cyclical nature of brewing. Passionfruit, pine, spice. 5.0%
Stay Golden | Blonde Ale. Crisp and dry with subtle fruity esters, mild spice and balancing hop bitterness. 5.5%
Nuages | Saison. Inspired by the Belgian brews that quenched the thirst of farmers, our Saison is full flavoured yet immensely sessionable. 100% Alberta Malt. Citrus, fruit, flower, spice. 4.5%
Dankeroo | West Coast IPA. Hop heads rejoice, we selected a few zips of the dankest varieties available to bring you our take on a west coast IPA. Moderate bitterness, fruity with a dank herbal complexity. 7.0%
Afternoon Hoot | Session Ale. 4.5% Full bodied, citrusy and refreshing, this beer highlights our locally sourced barley malt and Canada’s first patented hop found growing wild in the Rocky Mountains.
Curiosity Killed the Cat | DIPA. Full-bodied malts and an extraordinary application of choice of new-age hop varieties. 8.0%
Pontificato | Italian Pilsner. Earthy, spicy noble hops provide pleasant aromas of flowers and citrus fruit, supported by a classic pilsner malt. Assertive bitterness invites the next sip. 4.9%
