"Hot" Chocolate Dark Chocolate Bar : Arbol pepper, chipotle pepper in chocolate Ganache. The bada bing of spicy chocolate, and a Gold Medal to boot! Arbol gives it heat, and Chipotle gives it a wonderful smoky flavour. This spicy ganache is subtle, delicate, and will change the way you think about how a spicy chocolate is supposed to work. It doesn’t have to be a flame-thrower to make an impression. And if you still have time on your hands, google capsaicin, the active ingredient in both chilies, to see the research performed on their medicinal properties.
