Chicks on ShroomsWe’ve combined our delicious bouncy noodles, with a hearty and equally delicious mushroom chicken sauce and it’s the closest thing you’ll get to a hug in a bowl.  Ingredients Noodles: wheat flour, water, salt, eggs, sodium carbonate, garlic, vegetable oil. Sauce: chicken thighs, mushrooms, green onions, water, salt, white pepper, mushroom seasoning, fish sauce. Garlic oil: canola oil, fried garlic, chicken fat. Crunchies: fried shallots, salt, vegetable oil, chicken chicharron. Pickled chillies: white vinegar, salt, sugar, Thai chillies. Boiled bok choy veggies.

And we’ve done just that by adding our own special Szechuan garlic oil to the already amazing mushroom chicken noodle bowl.  Ingredients: Noodles: wheat flour, water, salt, eggs, sodium carbonate, garlic, vegetable oil. That’s why Nai Nai Mie noodles are delicious on their own and make the perfect base for whatever you want to create. Each pack is 5 servings (150g each) of fresh and delicious, uncooked noodles.  How to make your Nai Nai Mie Naked Noodles Cook noodles in boiling water until the water is reboiled and noodles are cooked but still a little firm – al dente. Once cooked, drain them and you’re ready to combine with whatever sauce you choose. Try them Aglio e Olio style. Tossed in fried garlic, oil, salt and pepper with some extra pepper flakes for an extra kick! Ingredients Wheat flour, water, salt, eggs, sodium carbonate, garlic, chicken oil, vegetable oil.

How to make your Nai Nai Mie noodle kit: Cook noodles in boiling water until noodles are still a little firm – al dente. Warm up the mushroom chicken sauce and veggies in the microwave for a just few seconds (not too long). Once your noodles are cooked, drain the noodles and put them in a bowl. Mix in the garlic oil and sauce thoroughly. Add the veggies and crunchies and you’re ready to enjoy your super yummy Chicks on Shrooms noodles.
