FIRE SALT (45g) this blend is perfect as the base for rubs, to sprinkle over roasted vegetables or hummus. It is more smokey than hot, as we use two different kinds of peppers and only one of them is spicy.

MACRO KELP SEA SALT (45g) is hand-harvested in the cold, clear waters of Oyster Bay, British Columbia. This blend has a beautifully-balanced salinity and a dash of umami from the seaweed. The kelp not only brings forth more flavor, but it also offers an incredible wealth of mineral elements and micronutrients like iodine. Our Macro Kelp Sea Salt pairs perfectly with roasted vegetables and enhances the delicate flavors of the sea.

CELERY & LOVAGE SALT (45g) is hand-harvested in the cold, clear waters of Oyster Bay, British Columbia. This blend is perfect to rim a Ceasar glass, to sprinkle over toasted sourdough or hummus.

SPRUCE TIP SEA SALT (45g) is hand-harvested in the cold, clear waters of Oyster Bay, British Columbia. It is speckled with spruce tips which are known to be high in vitamin C. As such, it is best suited to be sprinkled on at the last minute, right before serving as vitamin C breaks down quickly if heated.

GARLIC SEA SALT (45g) is hand-harvested in the cold, clear waters of Oyster Bay, British Columbia. It is mixed with minced, dehydrated garlic from our partner Bretona Farm Co. It is deeply garlicky and makes a perfect friend for steamed vegetables or grilled meats.
