Wild Mushroom Sauce
It is rare to find a Vegetarian, Gluten-free, and vegan-friendly wild mushroom sauce mix.
Ours is so easy to make and so tasty. Add contents of packaged to 3/4 cup of water and 3/4 cream (or dairy substitute). Bring to a boil and whisk constantly over high heat for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Let sit 3 mins, and it’s ready to serve over potatoes, pasta, veg, or meat. Makes 1.5 cups.
Alternatively add a spoonful to any sauce, stew, soup, or stir fry to add delicious wild mushroom goodness to your dish.
Ingredients: Wild mushrooms including porcini, lobster, chanterelle. Cornstarch, sea salt, pepper, spices, wild nettle leaf.
