With notes of earthy caramel and natural bitters, it is designed to help your body respond better to stress and enhance your immune defences with a healthy dose of medicinal mushrooms including reishi, lion’s mane, shiitake, mesima, poria cocos and turkey tail.
Enjoy 1 heaping tablespoon per cup of hot milk or coffee if you’re an adult and 1 flat tablespoon if you’re a kid!
